Extremely efficient, friendly and professional. Fully comply with PPE regs and always treat the client with the utmost dignity. Always make me aware, as her partner and sole carer, of any problems, for example, skin rashes or potential UTI infections. Well recommended.

Efficient service, caring and professional. Good communication with client and family when needed. I feel confident that my father is cared for and treated well and with respect at all times which in turn helps me too. My father speaks highly of all of the carers and although he is still independent 

in that he can do most things for himself, it is the fact of knowing there are carers helping him maintain his independence whilst also providing a good level of care that makes my father and I feel grateful for the service.

The service was tailored to my mum's requirements and has been actively reviewed and modified. I understand that additional service offerings are available and can be introduced. Staff are trained, have PPE and are friendly and trustworthy. Supervisory/management team are approachable and helpful. It 

has been important for me to talk to experienced professionals. They have listened and understand the challenges. I regularly use the mobile app to read carer notes and tune into my mum's needs. I look forward to continued help and support.
