We specialise in working with customers and their families who require care in their own homes. We offer a unique service of personalised care visits from check-in visits to full live-in support.

The whole of our care team receive the best quality mandatory training with Bluebird Care. Training, ongoing and refresher is the key to our success as a quality provider. We know that giving your staff the best tools to do their job gives them the best knowledge to ensure that every individual we care for has the best outcome.

Our management team offer the best pastoral support for our care team to ensure that we keep up with our outstanding reputation. 

Hannah Evans

Care Supervisor Cardiff and The Vale

Hannah has been with Bluebird Care as a Care Worker for 3 years. She recently joined the office team to become Supervisor in Cadiff and The Vale of Glamorgan

Nicola Mills

Hub Coordinator & Live-in Care Mentor

Nicola started with Bluebird Care in 2015 as a Care Assistant, and upon the opening of our "Forget Me Not Hub" in 2021, began working as our Hub Activities Coordinator. With the growth of our Live-in Care Service, Nicola has taken on the role of Live-in Care Mentor. 

Claire Lewis

Recruitment Officer Cardiff and The Vale

Claire has good experience of working in adinistrative roles. She has a university degree in Education and enjoys working with people. Claire is local and has the most adorable dog - who has since become our office dog called Bertie. 

Clara Martins

Administration Officer

Clara is originally from Lisbon, in Portugal. Has permanently moved to Cardiff in 2019 after successfully completing her Secondary School, where has achieved an equivalency to an NVQ Level 4. 

She is a multilingual professional and has been working in the Education field for the past 5 years as Marketing and Administrator. 

Clara joined Bluebird Care in March 2024 as the Office Administrator with the intention of changing carers while learning and developing the necessary skills for performing in the Care field.
