Each year we ask all customers to review the care services that we provide to them.
We ask them to tell us about their experience with carers, delivery of care, how they feel their dignity is treated, management, contact with the office and their overall experience.
Customers are asked to complete these independently and when they may not have the capacity to do so, then a family member may complete them on their behalf.
So many of our customers felt, safe, secure and well cared for in their own home when we delivered their care. They build a good relationship with the carers and often look forward to their visits, outings and company. One family quoted:

which is a testament to our whole team.
