National home care provider Bluebird Care has announced the launch of its new brand – underpinned by their new strapline “it’s good to be home”.
The provider’s new premium look is accompanied by the introduction of several new service lines as the franchised home care network continues to grow into its 21st year.
Bluebird Care’s refreshed identity includes a sleek new logo, a redesigned website, updated uniforms and car wraps, and revitalised brand assets that reaffirm Bluebird Care’s premium offering and its dedication to enhancing the care experience for the people it supports.
As part of this exciting new chapter, Bluebird Care is expanding their offer to customers to include dedicated complex care and live-in care services across all 220 of their businesses; introducing complementary health and wellbeing checks for complex care and live-in care customers; and later this year plan to introduce children’s services to their offer.
These new services will mean that Bluebird Care is fully equipped to offer people and families across the UK high-quality support throughout their entire care journey: from a few hours of companionship right through to end of life care, including as they develop conditions such as dementia.
Through the new service offerings, and a new employee value proposition and training programme, Bluebird Care Professionals will also be able to support their customers with vital healthcare tasks more typically ascribed to health professionals. Through Bluebird Care Assist, a new health and wellbeing check service, they will be equipped to carry out essential health monitoring services such as oxygen saturation levels and blood pressure checks.
Meanwhile, using their bespoke training from Alzheimer’s Society, Bluebird Care’s team members will be more equipped than ever to spot early signs of dementia and put in place specialist support that can prevent distressing and costly hospital admissions.
The news of the new brand identity and expansion of services comes as Bluebird Care celebrates achieving over 10% growth across the franchise network in the past year. As they mark their milestone 20th anniversary, Bluebird Care is laying strong foundations for the future with a refreshed identity, expanded service lines, and an unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional, premium-quality care.
Jonathan Gardner, Chief Executive of Bluebird Care, said:
This is an incredibly exciting time for us at Bluebird Care. 2024 has seen us go from strength to strength as a business and I am so proud of every single team member across our network whose hard work and passion has helped us to reach this point.
Our brand launch is setting the stage for what will be another transformative year for our organisation. The expansion of our service lines, our renewed focus on technology and innovation, and our continuous commitment to excellence, will shape us into a leading provider of home care that is fit for the future.
Rebecca Zartarian, Director and Registered Manager of Bluebird Care Cheshire West and Flintshire and Bluebird Care Trafford, added:
Being a franchise partner at the moment is really exciting and I’m immensely proud of our brand and what we stand for. We’re part of a fresh, dynamic network and there’s so much more to come. The future looks bright!
