The Alzheimer's Society is an incredible charity that supports people living with dementia. They also fund life-changing research as they strive to make living with dementia more manageable and research further treatment.

Bluebird Care has committed to becoming become the UK’s leading specialist dementia care provider, and our partnership will raise vital funds for the charity across the UK. 

Many people wrongly assume that dementia is a normal part of ageing - it's not. Unfortunately, dementia is a complex condition and while its causes are not yet fully understood, we know that it's not an inevitable part of growing old. That is why it's so important that we spread awareness about the condition.

In June 2024, Bluebird Care committed to becoming become the UK’s leading specialist dementia care provider in the home as well as pledging an impressive £50,000 to Alzheimer’s Society. With a special appearance from our celebrity ambassador, Dame Arlene Phillips, our Bluebird Care team proudly announced the pledge.

At our annual conference in September, we shared with Dame Arlene, news of the progress that we had made so far.
