Meet the team
The management team at Bluebird Care Dudley, Wyre Forest and Malvern Hills have all come to where we are from different paths. The thing that is a common thread for all of us however is a wish to ensure that all of our customers receive really great care and that all of our staff feel that they too are cared for.
Nicola Witt
Managing Director
Nicola is the Managing Director of the company. Her route to running a care business was via having worked as a Solicitor for 20 years. In her role as a Solicitor, Nicola saw at first hand just how beneficial good care could be for people who needed it and also how bad care could be detrimental to people's wellbeing.
Running Bluebird Care Dudley, Wyre Forest and Malvern Hills has allowed Nicola to ensure that our customers all receive the very best care possible and that they are given every opportunity to live the best possible life that they can.

Adrian Witt
Director and Part time Spider Wrangler
Adrian is also a Director of the company. Like Nicola, he worked as a Solicitor for 20 years before coming into the care industry.
Adrian believes passionately in the importance of our most vulnerable society members receiving excellent care. He has seen the impact great care can have on a person's mental and physical wellbeing and wants to ensure that people in our region have the option to receive first rate care.
Adrian is quite tall so is very useful in the office for catching spiders and Daddy Long-legs and also makes an excellent cup of tea or coffee. He deals with all aspects of finance in the business so if you need a spider catching, have a financial query or would like an excellent hot drink made - Adrian is your man.

Jak Wylde
Registered Manager
Despite his youthful appearance, Jak has a wealth of experience in the care sector, having worked the whole of his working life in various roles in care and is the Registered Manager at Bluebird Care Dudley, Wyre Forest and Malvern Hills.
Jak is a firm believer that care should be tailored to the individual needs of the individual, so as to make everyone's experience of receiving care as personal and as beneficial as possible.

Lyndsay Thompson
Care Supervisor
Lyndsay has been with the company since 2023 having come to care having had experience in various other sectors. Their loss however has very much been the gain of Bluebird Care Dudley, Wyre Forest and Malvern Hills, as Lyndsay has demonstrated a natural aptitude for care work. First as a Care Expert and now as Supervisor, Lyndsay has the wellbeing of all of our customers and staff firmly at heart and is instrumental in ensuring that everything and everybody is properly looked after.
Kira the Giraffe
Unlike most care companies, we have a company giraffe. In fact we could stick our neck out here and say that we are the only domiciliary care company with one. It makes us head and shoulders above the rest.
Kira is to be found at Dudley Zoo and is there to welcome any members of our team, who can use the company zoo tickets to visit her whenever they want.
