Making A Difference In Our Community: Supporting Friendships Campaign Launch!
We are proud to have been involved in the planning of a brand new campaign called 'Supporting Friendships' that was launched at a special event in Maidstone. The campaign aims to help generate ongoing donations to support the West Kent Befriending Service. As well as sponsoring the printing, we have been involved in the campaign development.

My Parkinson's Does Not Prevent Me From Living The Life I Want
A number of our customers are living with Parkinson's Disease and we are proud to support Parkinson’s Awareness Day on 11th June and share some insights into the disease. We recently spent some time with customer Carol and her Live-in Care Assistant Mina as despite her Parkinson's, Carol does not let the disease beat her and we helped her arrange a two trip to Israel in March!

Celebrating Five Years With Nicola
We are delighted to have recently celebrated Training Manager Nicola's fifth work anniversary with the team here at Bluebird Care! Nicola delivers the induction and supplementary training that all staff receive in an informative, fun and engaging manner. She is passionate about her role and a true asset to the team.

Fawzi Annouced As Live-in Care Assistant Of The Month
We are proud to announce that Fawzi has received our Live-in Care Assistant of the Month award for March in recognition of excellence in his role, One family in particular has commented that "Dad is very pleased with the care Fawzi has been providing this week and would like to have him again". This is one demonstration of the difference that Fawzi makes.

A Trip Out With Marion
As we continue striving to go the extra mile for our customers, we recently arranged for Care Assistant Jackie to take her regular customer Marion out for some lunch. The pair headed down to The Horseshoes Pub & Restaurant in East Farleigh where they enjoyed a scrumptious pie & mash lunch.

Four Key Nutrition & Hydration Tips
Looking out for the nutritional any hydration needs of our customers is extremely important and we are therefore supporting national Nutrition & Hydration Week from 11th - 17th March. The goal of Nutrition & Hydration Week is to bring people together to create energy, focus and fun in order to highlight and educate people on the value of food and drink in maintaining health and wellbeing in health and social care.
