Our care services range from half-hour calls to complete 24-hour live-in care services. We support people living with dementia, Parkinson's disease, and Huntington's disease. Short-term hospital discharge care provision:  respite care with a live-in carer if the patient comes from the hospital. Our team can support with end-of-life home care services, night support, Brain injury care, and more complex care needs such as PEG Feeding, diabetes care, and Stoma and Catheter care. Often, the district nurse team and doctors will work aside with us. Our registration covers adults over 18 years old, and we are about to get registered for children's care services.
